So, here comes Melinda as she promised me to share her brand new recipes. Actually, Melinda was one day late than her promise because the deals took three days to complete (not 2 as I mentioned). But it wasn't a great problem at all. I've replaced the gas tank and ready to have a new cooking experience.
She called her new recipe as chicken piccata which are made up from chicken breast cutlets, dredged in flour, browned, and served with a sauce of butter, lemon juice, capers, and either stock or white wine. Hmm... sounds tasty and delicious.
To make it into dish, I simply need the chicken breast halves, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, butter, brined capers, and fresh chopped parsley. We started to cut the chicken breast halves horizontally, and butterflying them open. The chicken then dredged in the mixture of flour, salt, pepper, grated Parmesan.
The chicken then fried on a pan with olive oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter on about 3 minutes. After the chicken is being browned we put them on an alumunium foil while we prepare for the sauce.
Finally, the cooking was ready for 4 dishes, but since there's only both of us inside the house, each of us have the two.
